Braeside Homestead

The homestead is made available for your exclusive use, there are no other guests/owner in the homestead during your stay, just you and your friends. There are sixteen rooms in the homestead, seven fireplaces (3 features only) three outdoor entertainment areas, ant-bed tennis court, Tank Stand Shower and a 6 person heated outdoor spa all set in 2 acres of private garden. The homestead offers a truly memorable stay. Steeped in early Australian history, the original homestead is enormous and it’s just for you and your guests. It includes a large gourmet kitchen (you can self-cater or we can arrange caterers for you), the Governor’s bar for drinks and a sumptuous dining room with a round, hand-carved Chinese dining table. Elegantly appointed and supremely comfortable, Braeside Homestead has all the modern amenities you need. The private library includes a large writing desk, internet access points and an internet-enabled printer. You can lock yourself away and get some work done, while everyone else relaxes. Soothing massages and professional spa treatments can be enjoyed in the homestead’s secluded massage room. A local therapist is available if two or more appointments are ordered prior to your arrival. Braeside Homestead is set in two acres of private gardens that you can wander through at your leisure. There is also a vegetable and herb garden, which you are more than welcome to use while staying at the homestead. Have a game of tennis or jump into the six-person outdoor heated spa, even on the coldest winter nights the outdoor setting is a great place to sit and look at the stars. There is also an outside shower under the tank stand if you want to try something a little different.
