Golden Grove Estate Wines have won over 200 medals and trophies. Their wines are among Queensland's best, and yet they remain good value for money. The current range of wines include white, red and fortified wines to suit dry, semi-sweet and sweet palates. The high altitude of 820 metres and cool summer climate make the area ideal for the growing of classic wine grape varieties and production of fine wines. The first vines were planted in 1975 and were followed in recent years by other classic varieties.
