Hidden Creek

Hidden Creek produces small quantities of high quality wines with regional and varietal integrity. Grapes from our vineyards are hand-pruned and hand-picked at optimum times. Our winemaker handles small batches using traditional methods. Modern equipment and premium imported oak barrels ensure consistent high quality. At 900m above sea level, our vineyard runs along a north facing ridge. Seven hectares of vines have been planted in well drained decomposed granite soil, with the following varieties:-Chardonnay Semillon Verdelho Nebbiolo Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot Muscat Shiraz Hidden Creek Winery, Vineyard & Cafe is located near Ballandean, in the mountainous southern projection of the Granite Belt. Just 4 Km east of the New England Highway along Eukey road, an alternate scenic tourist route between Stanthorpe & Ballandean.
