Aloomba Lavender is a part of a four thousand acre cattle property east of Stanthorpe. The Bonner Family have been involved in the cattle industry for well over 100 years. The lavender farm was established at the end of 1998, and moved from Aloomba to Aloomba Top, it has become one of the best lavender and accommodation tourist destinations in Stanthorpe... Aloomba lavender offers 'Lavender' Talks and a Gift Shop.

Granite Belt Maze

 

The Granite Belt maze is a Hedged Maze, planted late last century. With hedges over 8 foot tall the object of the game is to find your way out. There is a children's maze for the little ones. A giant chess board and a variety of puzzles to stimulate the mind. Get lost in our maze as many times as you wish and experience the tranquillity as you wander through the gardens, frog ponds and watercourses. It's a maze outside the maze. Catering for all ages and wheelchair access to most areas, the maze is perfect for everyone. The kiosk offers tea, coffee and a variety of pre-packaged food, goods and souvenirs. Seating is provided inside, outside and throughout the gardens. Owners Craig and Sandra Williams look forward to your visit and the opportunity to further promote the Granite Belt Region.

Crystal Ridge Lavenders

 

Our shop stocks all of our handmade lavender products as well as a large array of lavender gift lines - candles, china, tea towels and teddy bears amongst other things. In spring and summer, we also have a range of lavender plants for sale. Our farm is situated five minutes east of Stanthorpe, at 10 Daniells Lane, off Amosfield Road. We are open six days a week from 9:00am to 5:00pm, closed Wednesdays and Christmas Day only. Buses are most welcome, as are picnickers. We provide a lovely covered patio area where you can sit and enjoy the view, take in the fragrances and relax!!!" Your hosts Trish & Don Gaske are always happy to have a friendly chat and share their knowledge of all things lavender!
